Electrolytic Galvanizing Line (EGL) means a process of supplying a current to zinc sulfate or zinc cyanide solution and applying a coat of zinc onto a cathodic steel product in an effort to improve the corrosion resistance and coating ability of the steel plate surface. An electro-galvanized plate is used for vehicles, home appliances, light industry, and other industries, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, processability, welding ability, and coating ability. Ballast Water of ships

Ballast water is ship water used to keep sailing with safety and make a ship balanced. Solid objects, such as sand and lead, were loaded on the bottom of a ship. At present, water is used for easy release. Due to the total load limit, it is required to put in or release ballast water differently depending on a freight or passenger ship’s load. Ballast Water Treatment System removes harmful aquatic organisms and pathogenic bacteria of ballast water so as to get them harmless, or prevents their inflow or release.

Cathodic corrosion protection is a significant technique used to control the corrosion of a metal through sacrificial anode protection and impressed current method. According to impressed current method, cathode current is supplied to the metal part protected by an external DC power supplier, so that it triggers cathodic polarization to reduce or control completely metal corrosion. Auxiliary anode is used to offer a circuit for current. Given the oxygen generation or chlorine evolution in anode terminal, the corrosion resistance and stability of auxiliary anode are important to the operation of overall cathodic protection system.
